At DeepStateMushroom.com, we strive to provide you with high-quality mushroom growing supplies that meet or exceed your expectations. If for any reason you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund. We will only issue refunds for products that have been delivered not as described or damaged during shipping. We are not able to offer refunds for products that have been used incorrectly or damaged due to improper handling or storage. Please note that we may require photographic evidence of the issue before processing your refund. Once we have received and approved your refund request, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
